Melody Bowling

Since Alexander Limi (one of the original developers of Plone, a content management system with which Melody works) was in town, a bunch of Seattle Plone people gathered tonight for some bowling at Garage Billiards in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Melody and I went along, and although she was the only person from where she's working (Web Collective), there were several people she knew from the business next door (ONE/Northwest).

It's been at least 20 years since either of us have bowled, but we didn't embarrass ourselves. My goal was to break 100, which I did. Melody, however, got a spare followed by a pair of strikes. Pretty impressive! Even so, I think rather than going on the pro bowling tour, we're going to break out the ice packs.
