Calico Ghost Town is one of those places I remember visiting as a kid, so Melody and I went with the boys and my parents in December 2007 to see what the former silver mining town is like today.

Mojave National Preserve

My parents went back home after Calico, but we stayed overnight and went to the Mojave National Preserve the following day. The trail we took went towards Cima Dome.
